Amsterdam Tourism & Convention Board BV is a holding company. In this private limited companies have been incorporated that each have their own functions within the various working fields of ATCB.

The four staff departments are part of the holding company: Communications, IT Management, Organization & Staff and Finance & Logistics. Account Management is also part of this.
